Hi!! So I'm gonna work over the next 5 days, and basically I'm gonna walk around and pick up trash. (It's actually really well-payed!!) So I have to pack lunches and snacks for everyday, do you have any tips on what I can eat that's easy but still gives me the energy for the day since I'll always be on my feet? Thanks!

I love getting paid to workout :) 

Here are some of my favorite nutrient dense foods I take with me on all day bike rides. 

  • Raw nuts / trail mix. (Be careful to avoid ones that contain lots of candy.)
  • Jerky (Turkey and or beef) 
  • Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches
  • Dried and fresh fruits
  • Lots of water! (If it’s hot also consider some kind of electrolyte mix.) 

If you have ready access to refrigeration you can also add other high protein options like eggs, cheese and chicken. 

Have fun and kick butt :)
